Taylor Smith, also known as Dreamweaver, is a multidisciplinary visual artist, muralist, and public artist based in Tampa Bay, Florida. Drawing from a background in street art and graffiti, design, entertainment, and art production - her work spans urban art and murals, immersive installations, live painting activations, and studio based works.
Born in Dallas and raised in Portland and Georgia before settling in Tampa Bay, she brings a natural sense of adaptability to her creative practice and process.Dream’s signature color blending, ability to weave together inspired forms and textures into unified compositions, and ease moving between abstraction and realism all reflect a life spent learning to make it work in new environments.
Currently serving as the Artist in Residence representing AER (Art and Entertainment Residencies) in downtown Tampa’s River Arts District. Dreamweaver remains active in her local community curating creative programming, public art events, collaborations, and site-specific projects - continuing to explore the role of the artist as both culture shapers and connectors.
